Kakori Kebabs
Another succulent dish you can never miss is the authentic kebabs. Kakori kebabs, which have their origins in the small town of Kakori in Lucknow, are the result of ethnic cooking. The minced meat mixed with spices is grilled using skewers for about 15 minutes and served hot with mint chutney.
The other variants in this dish are mutton galaoti, mutton seekh, and chicken galaoti.
